Schwab Engineering was to conduct an assessment and provide design services for the repair of the basement level emergency drain piping, first floor sanitary sewer piping, and site storm drain piping from the building to the site points. In addition, Schwab provided an assessment of the two existing sanitary sewer holding tanks. Services provided under this CTO included:

Assessed the condition of the existing 6” and 8” sanitary sewer main laterals (approximately 3000 linear feet) below the first floor. Provided recommendations and design for replacement and/or repair including the use of trenchless pipe repair as deemed necessary due to the inability to saw cut, trench, or relocate current staff.

Provided video inspection of the existing two sanitary sewer holding tanks on site to assess their current condition.

Assessed the condition of the existing site storm drain piping from the building to the existing ponds. Provided recommendations for replacement and/or repair of all piping deemed to be in poor conditions.
